We currently operate in Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. If your property is outside these states, contact us anyway — coverage territory expands regularly.

Unarmed. Our officers are trained and licensed for unarmed security services, including access control, patrol, monitoring, and incident reporting.

It depends on the size and complexity of the post, but most standard contracts can have officers on-site within one to two weeks of a signed agreement. Fire watch and urgent coverage needs can often move faster — ask us directly.

Tiburo Security is the guard services company — we staff and manage officers on your property. Bluewater Security Academy is our training arm, which certifies the officers before they're ever assigned to a post. They're sister companies under Tiburo Group LLC.

Yes. Fire watch is one of our most time-sensitive service lines, since it's usually triggered by an unplanned system outage. Call our office directly rather than submitting the contact form if you need coverage started same-day.

Both. Event and short-term coverage (including fire watch) can be arranged without a long-term commitment. Ongoing property coverage is typically contracted, but terms are flexible — talk to us about what fits your situation.
